Worst company. Ms. Genny was rude and very unprofessional. It's hard to stop the buying process with an unprofessional mortgage company when you have a closing date with the buyer already established. We had to send documents twice, When documents were requested, they were submitted to Capital Concepts the very next day, but we had to get an extension because Capital Concepts did not complete their work. The communication was rude and condescending; no professionalism, never said thank you or a pleasure working with you. When we closed on our home. No thank you or response from cCapital Concepts.

It's time to Capital-ize on this business being here. Having been here on several occasions, I'd say that it's one of the more reliable options in this building full of great little local businesses. Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm proud of it being part of the Westchase skyline, and it offers amazing visuals, and hopefully nobody builds anything around it to mess it upm because it's a little bit of a barren stretch of Westheimer, and it punctuates the monotony with a very gorgeous building.
