This place is a joke of a bank. Received a debit card from my tax office (because I switched over and got credit from them) and I could only take the money out through this bank. I’ve never used them before and when we went through the drive the girl told us I could only take money out through the atm or I could go inside and they could help me. I tried going through the atm but it wouldn’t accept the card, I tried to go inside but the inside was closed (even though the girl told me it was open). We had to go back through the drive thru (in the same lane again), the first had someone else tell us they couldn’t help us. So we had to call the tax office to have them help us out at the bank. Why are the tax people helping us and not the bank? These people were a joke.

Not reliable my account has been hacked more than 5+ time and they still continue to do nothing about it, if you like wasting your time then this is the bank for you
