Spent 8000 Dollars on a printer less than 2 years ago for my business. Already spent $250 replacing the ink. Now apparently the drum is out and its going to be another $1000 for them replace that plus hourly rates, drive time charges etc. So after spending 8k on printer less than 2 years later i got to pay another 1000-2000 to repair it! EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased on of their printers. Their ink cartridges have been on backorder for many months. Can’t use a printer I can’t get cartridges for. Will be purchasing another non-canon printer.
