Been here for 3 years. Today I asked for the battery to be replaced on my door and it still hasn’t been done. Don’t plan to do anything especially if maintenance is involved. VERY SLOW!!! Save your money and find somewhere else to live. Very Embarrassed especially this being a Greystar Property

The only reason I am giving this property a 5 star is because of EDUARDO the maintenance manager. The property manager is a hard headed and tries to make you feel like you are the wrong person. I had a situation with my A/C and it was replaced to a new one and when they changed it it did not cool properly, I visited the front office to let them know and the manager told me it was “a new A/C unit” and did not send the maintenance guys to check on the A/C. I turned it off and I was with out A/C for almost a month until it got really hot inside my apartment and I had to run the A/C. I turned it on in the morning and left to work. When I came back from work instead of been cold it was really, I put in a work order. Maintenance came in and said that the A/C doesn’t work properly because of a wiring problem. I was so mad at the manager because of her been so stubborn I didn’t had A/C in my apartment all that time.I have cameras in my apartment and I have seen EDUARDO taken care of every single work order in my apartment. He resolved the A/C problem right away. He is very understanding when it comes to people’s personal living. Giving a better living by making the most out of his job and working with every issue there is in your apartment. He is the only reason why I am still living in this property.

The customer service is bad the manager of the set (Diamanesha Mosley) is a rude an incompetent person, she is not a flexible person, she has no ethics or tact to treat the residents far from solving the problems she always aggravates them by seeking to harm the resident, she does not solve the problems of the tenants, she treats the tenants as enemies not as people. They should look for a person who has knowledge of public relations for that position.

Just moved in so far, so good. The leasing staff are very nice and professional, and the apartment looks good. So far, I don't see any roaches..!

I love Mairani she was amazing during the tour , she was amazing during signing , love her love love love her , she is what I expect from leasing offices , I’ve always told myself u can live in the nicest apartment and it suck if the leasing staff are not professional or empathetic. She is the reason I signed the apartment was a plus but it’s nice to know I have nice leasing staff who care more about u then just making sure u sign . Last time I’m saying it I love Mairani and the rest of the staff there should take notes from her

From the manager to the rest of employees I have to say they are the best and amazing when it comes to services and being patient to help in whatever you need . I really recommend them . Their apartments are clean and very quiet area.

I have live at this complex for over 2 years I renewed my lease because I never had an issue barley had to call the office for any reason and when I did the staff was nice courteous and attentive. Since this new management took over this place has gone to the dogs, nothing gets accomplished because you are ignored by staff. Phone calls go unanswered and everything was the previous managements fault. When you have had enough and go to office you are greeted by a staff and works orders forget about it they take their sweet time. My AC was broken for 2 weeks no one kept me informed and when I call all I was I heard was old management didn’t do this or do that and then telling me I just have to wait because other AC in the complex is broken this resulted me spending 3 nights in the hospital with an inflamed lung and pneumonia. I got no compensation for the nights I had to stay at a hotel because I couldn’t occupy my apartment ( this really should have been a law suite) The complex looks nasty I’m ashamed to say I live here. No power wash overflow garbage I honestly will not be renewing and new residents read the comments before you sign that lease

Mairani Trujillo, the leasing agent, has made our lives easier and made everything smooth for us. My wife and I like the place, and Mairani went over everything, answering every detail patiently. She would follow up with us on every step of the process. Her service and explanation of everything made us decide to rent at Woodland Park. Excellent service and support!

No matter what you do, do not rent here. Their management is a mess. I moved out from this apartment June 23, 2023 today is August 15, 2023 and I have not received my security deposit back. I have call them several times and have gone to their office so many times all they tell me is my account has been closed. How do you close my account without paying my money? I need a lawyer for these people.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years before moving. These apartments were great when they were Camden Apartments, but once they changed names and went under new management the complex started to slowly go downhill.Cars were constantly being broken into, and this would often time be an apartment wide issue because cars would be destroyed from the front to the back of the complex all in one night. Trash could often be found all over the place because for whatever reason trash being picked up by the city didn’t happened often enough for the amount of residents present in the complex. Because they have valet trash pickup, people would have piles of trash all over the buildings. I lived in a building where no one would watch there kids, so the children would run around from the first to the third floor knocking over trash cans.No telling which management company this complex is under now, because management gets switched out every few months. Now that I have moved I’ve just received a call from a collection agency because even though you leave all of your contact info as well as your new forwarding address with management before leaving, you will not be sent any mail pertaining to the amount owed for the last months utilities or cleaning fees when moving out. & I’m going to assume cleaning fees are automatically applied because I left my apartment spotless, with pictures and videos to prove it, and I’m still being charged some kind of fees.I WOULD NOT recommend moving here ..& these are not even all of my complaints!

New management is terrible! Been living here for almost 3 years and recently I’ve noticed changes shortly after the management was changed. Simple maintenance request takes 3 weeks to complete and even then maintenance will mark completed even if the job isn’t done. They never answer the phones either and no community engagement. Not worth the rise in rent at all!

I can't wait to leave this place!!! So much crime and poor maintenance. Always lights out, trash everywhere and the gate is broken. Cars get vandalized and there are loud pool parties until 3 am.Maintenance does not call or verify apartment number before trying to enter your apartment. Management doesn't care about the residents and are only there as figure heads. Took them like 3 weeks and lots of pestering to complete simple work orders.The rent is not worth the risk of crime, intrusion, and poorly maintained apartments/grounds. Take your money elsewhere and find a better apartment.

The previous management was finally starting to do something about all the crime... this new management doesn't care at all. Our car was just broken into and the leasing office didn't bother to help in any way.Wouldn't tell us if a security camera was available and expected us to file a police report ourselves... how do I do that if you won't verify that a security camera is available?? Didn't even try to be helpful, unlike the previous management.They used to have security guards patrolling frequently, now they don't care anymore and let all the residents deal with the crime ourselves.Don't put yourself through this, there are nicer places to live!

Worst place to stay .our Honda CiviC car got stolen twice during our stay since March 2022. Once in October and first week of this June . I would not recommend anyone to stay here . And this month I saw two more car got stolen on June 13th on community crime map . Worst community in terms of car theft . Last year on Black Friday night several cars were vandalized and a car was stolen

Loved working with Diamond and Norma during the application and live in process. They was able to get me approved and moved in. The area is nice and the complex seems nice and quiet. And can I say Amenities Amenities amenities Lol
