Horrible experience!!! Do not use this storage facility. They lost some boxes and an antique prayer bench. I put in our claim in Jan. 23. Still no action!! I have repeatedly reach out. They also packed our items and so many items completely broken. No accountability.

Overall, this is a very nice service to offer. The primary reason for 3 stars is for customer service.The pick-up procedure was fairly smooth. Our initial pick-up time was double booked, so we had to work with the team to find a different time during the day. Alister was helpful and responsive. I felt that our furniture items were wrapped well, although some items they said had a moving blanket over them on the contract, and in reality, they only had plastic wrap - somewhat frustrating. Items were inventoried, although one of our items did not make it into our inventory list - which ultimately was concerning. I did not realize until we emptied our unit that their inventory stickers were placed directly on the front of fabric furniture rather than in an area that wasn't or on top of the plastic wrap.In my opinion, it is better for those who prefer to leave items in storage without having items regularly delivered and/or content with having items stored in different locations throughout Callbox's warehouse. I was told smaller items are store separately from larger, oversized items within their warehouse.Customer service (not from the crews that pick-up or drop-off items, more from the employees who answer the phones when you call) needs improvement. I primarily spoke and dealt with Justin, Brandon, and Ronnie.There were multiple times I would call with a question about our items, online account, and drop-off procedures, only to feel like it was an inconvenience to them to have to answer the phone and my questions. It took multiple calls to get issues resolved and a sound answer to questions. Rarely was there ever any follow-up (if follow-up was promised). When pressed for a timeline on when a response could be expected, I was told, "We will," only for them to not follow-up which led to additional phone calls. The supervisor (Justin) I spoke to, was no more helpful than the representatives I spoke with until my last call regarding emptying our unit - where he was able to give definitive answers.When I called regarding missing items that were in their possession but not inventoried, I was told that the "items were there, trust us," which didn't feel very reassuring. Then when I called, again, to follow-up, I was told, "I figured if you didn't get a call, you would know we had your items." Which is the exact opposite of how I would expect one to feel if items were supposedly missing.Ultimately, I'd have a difficult time recommending this service to others based on the customer service. We ended up emptying our Callbox "unit" and storing in a traditional self-storage so we would feel our items were more secure and better customer service.

These guys are amazing! They were on time to move my mom into one of the most important moves of her life! Independent living! Bennie and his crew were professional, careful with my mom's 83 years worth of treasured belongings, and truly cared! We're definitely using them again for any moves we make! God bless you guys!

Fantastic experience with Callbox. Really nice to see a storage company with great customer service and specifically inventories each item. Good rates as well. My move was a bit more complex into the storage unit, then straight out to a completely different state. Thanks to the amazing coordination by Brandon Jackson, the moving company was able to organize my items without me even being there! Due to a miscommunication, a few items were not put on the moving truck, but Brandon diligently coordinated with the storage manager and the moving company to make sure my left-behind items were shipped to me at no cost. Thank you Brandon!

Not only did I pay close to $700 a month to store most of a 2,000 sq ft home AND a 10x20 foot garage storage space, and for this "service"... they LOST HALF of my belongings. Some items which were actually returned were either damaged or irreparably broken and Callbox storage, despite "empty response promises" and "case has been elevated" claim on Google Play - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. No Contact from CALLBOX - ZERO Now filing a claim with the BBB.

DO NOT USE! I am missing 11 boxes and their only response is “we put your stuff in another unit and we are looking for it we will call in a few days”. So my expensive tv, pots, kitchen items and fancy glassware, qlong with other stuff just goes “missing”... right $165 a month to lose half my stuff. Best believe i will be contacting the BBB and my lawyer.

Just wanted to let every one know. We had Henry and Q show up with our new Revier Bed this morning. They showed up on time and were very polite. Shout out to Eddie and Malik for being such incredible movers today! They were professional, kind, and hilarious. My whole moving process alone would have taken 6 hours, and they made it 20 minutes. Seriously, they were in and out in a flash. Callbox was affordable, easy to schedule, convenient, and sent just the right amount of professional emails that included exactly what I wanted and needed, and nothing more.I will absolutely use the service again in the future, and I recommend it for anyone. As a single girl moving alone in a pandemic, they made life easy during a time period where literally nothing else is.

I am so impressed with Callbox Storage!! My sister and I recently had to move our dad into a nursing home and had to find somewhere to store all of his belongings from his home until we were able to sort through it all. We were kind of worried and stressed over the process but after talking to Justin and Ronnie, they reassured us that everything was in good hands. They sent out their team of movers who helped us pack everything, and then they even provided us with our own online inventory account so we can go back later and sort through his stuff virtually. The pricing was also comparable to other storage/moving places we shopped. I honestly can't thank Callbox enough for coming out and helping us with all of this. They've been a true life saver and I would without hesitation, refer them to any of my friends and family!!

I used Callbox Storage when I renovated my home and for storing my seasonal items (holiday decorations, camping gear, and wardrobe). Callbox made the hassle of moving and storing a breeze! The entire team was professional and kind- I knew I was in great hands. Shout out to Aimee, she is awesome! She helped answer all my questions and get me started with creating my account.Once you create your account, a scheduling coordinator will call you to confirm the size plan that best fits your needs and pick up date. The day of pick up was so easy- their moving professionals were punctual and did all the heavy lifting- huge time saver! Using a photo inventory system, they itemized all my "stuff" before it's stored in their temperature-controlled facility. When I'm ready to bring back my items, I just have to go online, select, and they deliver them back to me! Such an innovative company with superb customer service- 10/10 highly recommend!

Callbox Storage has made my moving experience a breeze! I recently had to move out of my apartment and had a 2 week period before moving into my next home. Callbox Storage picked up all of my belongings, pad/wrapped/protected everything, photo inventoried it all, and took it to storage. When it was time to move into my new place, they delivered everything to me! My favorite part was that it was a free pick up, due to me packing myself, but they do offer packing services! Love this company so much!

The crew was the best. Very thorough and did an excellent job of wrapping our contents. We recommend this company to everyone who needs to store furniture between moves. Much better than having to load and unload a pod by yourself!
