I will never do business here again. I had a nightmare experience trying to BUY one yard of fabric to make sure the color was correct for my chairs. First they sent me an 8 inch square. Finally; yard arrived; it was the wrong color and they didn't even give me a full refund! Such a shame; used to be a great company where i had spent a great deal of $$.

Ron was very helpful choosing fabric, and communicative during the process. The Calico team did a beautiful job reupholstering and bringing new life to our four bar stools.

Ron Dillon is terrific! I walked in looking for fabric in specific color. He was able to help me find the right color in the right fabrication and at the right price. There were only 20 yards left according to the computer and I needed 17, so I placed the order immediately and received the fabric in just a few days. Best of all, the sofa looks great! Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent taste. I'll definitely be back for my next upholstery project!

Ron Dillon was the most polite, knowledgeable and courteous designer/rep that I've encountered in a very long time. The fabrics were beautiful, but a little pricey for my budget.

Ron was very helpful and carefully followed up with me on everything related to a quote for recovering two wingback chairs. He went out of his way to refer me to another service for wood refinishing, which Calico doesn't do. The fabric I purchased was beautiful and 25% off. Will definitely go back to them with my next project.

This was my first visit to Calico. I didn't know what to expect. Wow! I was blown away from the friendliness and expertise Ron Dillon provided me. I had a few projects and he was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Ron for exceeding my expectations!!

I am honestly surprised by some of the reviews I read on here. I have never had anything but GREAT quality service from this location for over a decade. Ron is always super helpful, as well as the female employees both past and present-- I am sorry I am blanking on their names rn! But all really polite and helpful. I even order many fabrics over the phone, and they ship them straight to my house for me. They have all helped me and even walked me through measuring for window treatments for a home out of town, which were completed beautifully. There is always a sale, so I feel the rates on fabrics are great. I'm not a designer, so I'm not some big spending client-- they just help me to be sincerely helpful. Moreover, the employees are super knowledgeable and have helped me pick out really durable fabrics for my rental properties that have held up over the years. Love this store!

What a fabulous experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most fabulous professionals in the interior design field. The fabrics were magnificent and I was given so much valuable information on how to sign up and get Perks for my company and my clients. My original plan was to visit to get new ideas for my new home brand "Echelon at Home" Accessories and Home Decor. I design my own Dinner Napkins and I wanted to find some a few high end textiles to create a new Collection. I must say I was not dissappointed. I got so many ideas and inspiration. My mission was accomplished. Thank You so much ladies. I will definately be back.

This place is the worst! I ordered fabric for a sofa and was today it was in stock and would be delivered 11/5. Then they said oops it's been back ordered and it would be a month . I called the manager to complain who said even though it was a firm order it was a big warehouse and sometimes people would submit an order while I was placing mind and therefore my order was not actually filled. Incredible! She said that she would have to tell salespeople that a firm in stock order that was paid for was not actually an order. I told her I would do her a favor and warn people in this post. Lack of honesty professionalism . Please avoid at all costs

Absolutely AWFUL customer service and the worst custom drapery/upholstery work from Calico Corners on West Alabama in Midtown Houston. Never again will I patronize this business.
