Was a lot better until the owner started hiring his young family members that do not want to be there but are there to say they have a job. The equipment is well maintained and usually works but the wax juice runs out quick so you may not always get it. They seem to have sped the conveyer up to get the cars through quicker which declines the cleaning ability of the equipment, but I guess he's gotta make money. ..Edit: Liquid wax = wax juice. And bro that chick told me her uncle is the owner and she looks just like you but I guess it doesn't matter. The middle overhead roller brush is always not working and now instead of just rolling through like I do everyday, I have to press a button to deny the new feature you want us to pay extra for, when it should be included in the 2 top tiers anyways bro so you winning on all our backs.

I have a VIP membership for 3 vehicles , a bit expensive. Worried about my new one getting scratched. I can't tell if I am getting the full service I am paying for. Does a pretty good job with free vac and drying towels.

Everything was great except there's no one to detail!. I now understand that this is not your mode of business. I Paid $19.99 which is now listed $20 for the service that I chose, however the carwash sold by Eddie Flanagan was a Membership!. That was not mentioned but listed on the receipt that I didn't read just to get a carwash. He deceived me. He ran up to my window as though he was giving me something while all the same he added $34.95 of my money 24 days later. Be ware if you have never used this place.

Update 9/2023: I've been here a few more times now. I've noticed the last 3 times, if you arrive here within 2 hours of closing, DON'T bother. The staff start to pack their things and almost everything is shut off, no towels to dry your windows, half the vacuums shut off or don't work. If they started to breakdown 30 minutes before closing time, I would understand...but 2 HOURS before is exaggerated!! So disappointed!! I'll pay for a membership elsewhere, where I'm not imposing on the staff to get a decent car wash or use the amenities here. I left without being able to vacuum or clean my windows.Original: Great wash! They have microfiber towels available at each vacuum stall to clean off water or your interior. Fair prices & overall great product!

The wash itself is good, no complaints about that!!! The tracks do move a little too fast to make sure vehicle is cleaned real good. Especially paying for the TOP package membership. The employees can care less how close they send vehicles through together. I always ask to space the next vehicle behind me a good amount PLEASE bc sometimes the track stops when I go through or it pushes my truck forward & it stops until the track catches up. I don’t want my vehicle damaged nor anyone else’s but the employees could care less about giving a good distance when I ask. Does make me upset bc I always ask PLEASE. I barely started having these problems once new supervisors & new employees came in. Been a member since I bought my truck in 2021. Only other thing I wish this wash had was a station for running boards. I will say my truck ALWAYS comes out CLEAN besides my running boards. I’ve asked ownership to consider multiple times but never heard or saw anything to help with running boards. Otherwise the wash itself is very good

This is easily one of the worst all around car washes that I've ever been a member of. Where do I begin? First of all, from the very beginning, I was lied to about the price of membership by the staff while they had a "promotion" going on. I was told my membership would be at the special price of $10 a month due to me signing up during the promotion. What I was not told was that it was only for the remainder of that month and it was going back up to the regular price after that, which was $20. That was the first strike. Next, the car wash itself is extremely mediocre as far as cleaning your car and their drying system. It does not do a good job on either. All of the staff have bad attitudes and are very unfriendly and not helpful. When you speak to any one of them they put out the energy that they don't want to be there. The biggest issue that I had was a few weeks ago I took my vehicle through the wash and my wife noticed that my rear windshield wiper was gone later that day. The car wash completely tore off my rear windshield wiper. I did not go anywhere else after going to the wash except for home, so I went back up to the wash and asked them if they could check the video to confirm that it happened there. The "manager" that I spoke with tried to dismiss it right away saying that they didn't know if it happened somewhere else. But I insisted that they check the security camera footage. Needless to say that never happened. I was told to send an email to their customer service email which I did following that interaction with the manager. Still to this very moment I got no response from the support email in regards to my vehicle. This business could care less if anything happens to your car as a result of their wash and they will not get back to you in any capacity. And there is no way to contact them. Their phone system is basically set to have nobody call. I would avoid this car wash at all costs. Either sign up at Mister car Wash or Blue Wave Wash whenever it opens if you're in the area.

Reposting cause I havent gotten a response through email since Monday June 19, 2023: Second time my wiper arm has been broken off while in the carwash. 1st time manager was supposed to call me the next day, that was last year still waiting on call. This happened yesterday and assistant manager gave me email to email my situation and haven't heard anything yet. I have been going since day 1 it opened and they use to put blue tape on rear wiper arm and now they say they are not allow to touch vehicles. Well I guess they rather keep buying wiper arms (well not for me but maybe other customers), rather than buy blue tape. They say its a liability to touch vehicles. What can happen to a vehicle by putting tape if that's the case then don't have attendant be where a customer pays to help out, cause they lean on the car too. That's worse than tape!!! Also canceled membership cause why pay and still buy wiper arm out of my own pocket!!!

I was at the carwash at 7:30 when it was supposed to open, ten minutes later the employees finally opened the carwash. I am an unlimited member, except for the fact that it is not unlimited, you can only go once a day. I don't think I will be keeping my membership with other newer carwashes in the area.

I have been a customer since day 1... And I had this incident on the carwash , as I was going through the car wash they way the machine runs,it always flips my side mirrors and this time it flipped it all the way to the opposite side and as I came out my mirror was broken and the base broken, and the wiring out. As I pulled out I went straight to the employee and he took pictures and all... I sent emails to the email with pictures and explanations as well as incident date and I have received NO RESPONSE...it's been days and no one is giving me a call back. As a valued customer I feel like they care less when it comes to damaging in cars. I drive long hours to work and here I'm borrowing a car from a friend until they resolve my problem...I need someone to reach out to me because I can't drive my car and have my mirror assembly fall out. I'm not happy at all.

Car was damaged and have been getting the run around for months.Got a call from Manuel and he said my part had been ordered and was coming in soon. Even said someone would install it for me there. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. JUST ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. I GUESS I'LL CHARGE MY CHAIR UP GOOD AND BRING A BIG SIGN.Well just tried to call Manuel at the number he called me from again. Sending me directly to voice mail. Poor customer service

They push your vehicle through so quickly it doesn’t even clean the soap off completely. Avoid if you can. Would not recommend especially if you have an open bed truck

The car wash damaged my car, I emailed them, and they have yet to get back to me. Five months ago. Called, no return call as promised.
