I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THIS CAR WASH SINCE FEBRUARY, BAD SERVICE & ATTENTION, THEYVE STILL BEEN CHARGING ME 36$ EVERY MONTH AFTER THEY TOLD ME IN FEBRUARY I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM AND THEREFOR I NEVER WENT BACK!!! NOBODY ANSWERS AND AVOIDS

I went to the Cadillac Express Car Wash on June 14, 2024, with my new car, expecting a clean and shiny finish. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. After the wash, I discovered numerous deep scratches all over the paintwork, which significantly decreased the value of my car.
I now have to spend $500 to repair the damage caused by this car wash. This is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. This is my worst experience ever with any car wash. The wash tools they use are clearly outdated and poorly maintained. I don’t understand why they don’t fix or update their equipment, as they are causing serious damage to customers’ vehicles.
I do not recommend this car wash to anyone who cares about their vehicle’s appearance and value.

The service is terrible, they leave the cars very dirty. My car is white and I take it to be washed and it leaves it very very dirty. I think they should wash the car wash bands well.

Ive been going here since it open and never had any issues they are always helpful when the vacum gets stuck or something they always help me out. So far ive had no issues and would recommend to anyone to keep their trucks
