I must say, impressed. I haven’t been a fan of Cadence, the mortgage department has required quite some effort to get things done. I was pleasantly surprised by the difference Ms. Decourville and her team presented. The lobby is very non-conventional featuring more of a living room like feel; very comfortable. I had to come in for an endorsement on my check from my insurance for a roof I’m putting on the house. Ms. Decourville described the process to me when it was my turn to sit with her. I was very unfamiliar with the process, first time ever going through this, and I imagine my face didn’t hide it well. All I had to do was ask and she explained what the items were and how I could retrieve them. With her help, I was able to resolve my reason for visiting in in one trip. Just wanted to take a moment and show appreciation! ??

Cashed a 4k check and got 2k in 20’s and the rest in 50s. This was such a huge inconvenience for me as I have to pay employees out of this. Waste of time.

I just want to say how much Phillip and Sara have impressed me with they superb customer service and the way they have worked on keeping my fees extremely low. If your looking for a great bank, stop by or call and ask for Phillip Balogun or Sara Johnson!
