Very RACIST and rude establishment. Me and 2 other people I know that have banked them have experienced nothing but disrespect when trying to cash a check or withdrawal money. Yesterday I witness them being terrible to my friend who tried to cash her check was told "we don't know you", was denied access to withdrawal. When my friend was letting her Mother know, the white male employee decided to yell at her. If you're Black and bank with them I would suggest to leave them, they are robbing us anyways.

If it gave me the ability I was get 0 stars!!! Cadence is a worse bank than I see... This back doesn't have any advantage and They are only on the sidelines, as every month send me different cards to use, change back app! While their service is below the poverty... For 5 days my app was closed, Now with a new app, I couldn't send many as well!!! I couldn't transfer many more than 3 times and charged me after it... For any small reason, I have to drive to the bank!

I closed out a money market account and in the process was surprised at the downward spiral this institution/branch has undergone since its recent "merger."I overlooked the computer issues which turned a five or ten minute process of closing an account into over half an hour. Somehow an 84-cent amount of earned interest not yet posted to the account but paid to me at account closing turned into an overdraft situation with fees and notations on my record.While the bank corrected the situation a few days later, and as soon as I brought it to their attention, the letters NSF appear in the journal record of this account and where ever else these matters are reported.

Best banking experience ever! First, when you enter, you are greeted and take a seat at a desk with one of the bankers. NO standing in line! The atmosphere is homey. They always have coffee, juice, cokes, and bottle water available. Second, the remember my name! I'm not a billionaire or anyone special, but still they do! i went to make a deposit and as I was sitting down, Carli was filling out the deposit slip with my information! I really like the people at this branch. Third, they offer all of the products of a larger bank but at GREAT rates. Yolanda helped my husband take out a small personal loan to help with wedding expenses and the interest rate can't be beat. When we initially opened our checking account, I told them I didn't need checks. I needed a few today and they printed 4 checks (with our information on them) there at the bank. They really make banking easy and convenient.
