Very unprofessional staff. I misplaced my debit card and decided to pop in on my lunch break to transfer money into an alternate account to access to my funds and to get a better interest rate on my savings. I was very impressed with the personalized service that was being provided to the customers ahead of me, but unfortunately, that's were it ended. When I had the opportunity to speak with Amber Quli I noticed her demeanor instantly changed as I sat in her chair. I requested to transfer a large sum of money from my checking account to another banking facility- and was immediately given the 3rd degree regarding where I worked, where are my check stubs, why I didn't have a local license, etc. I explained to Ms. Quli that I just sold my home 2 weeks prior and just to the area, even went so far as to show her my lease - to which time, she informed me that she needed to speak with her manager. The manager came over and pretended to be interested in talking about the sell off home - all the while attempting to gather information on how I came into MY money. Not that I'm required to, but I showed Ms. Quli, my check stub, named off 5-10 recent transactions on my account to assure her it was MY account as well as provided her with the total amount that I made / had deposited on the date of the sale. Even THAT wasn't good enough. Long story short, it took me 30-40min of trying to convince MY bank that I've banked with for over 20 YEARS to allow me to have access to MY MONEY and that I WAS NOT A CRIMINAL. I understand that I didn't come into the bank with names brand clothes, decked out with jewelry, etc .. but I expected better service from a bank that I've given my money to for over 20 YEARS.. I RECOMMEND THE STAFF BE FULLY RETRAINED!!!.

I would give you 0 stars if I could, although they have a very kind personnel this is the most FRUSTRATING bank i've EVER worked with, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CADENCE BANK!!\\n\\nOTHER BANKS: you receive your card on the mail, it has a sticker on the card with a phone number that uses an automated service to activate your card, it takes about 30 seconds to activate the card. move on with your day, that's it!!\\n\\nCADENCE: you have to call the costumer service line so they can reconnect you about 4 times until you reach the right department, meanwhile you are waiting on the phone for a while ... yes guys we are still talking about ACTIVATING the card ... and then they will ask a lot of NON-SENSE questions about your account, they will set up 2 different pin number that you'll probably never use again to access the account and then activate the card, it took me 2 1/2 HOURS ON THE PHONE!\\n\\nwith this said ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CADENCE!!

If it gave me the ability I was get 0 stars!!! Cadence is a worse bank than I see... This back doesn't have any advantage and They are only on the sidelines, as every month send me different cards to use, change back app! While their service is below the poverty... For 5 days my app was closed, Now with a new app, I couldn't send many as well!!! I couldn't transfer many more than 3 times and charged me after it... For any small reason, I have to drive to the bank!

I give the building three stars just because it seemed to be clean where I was going. I was really going to see my optometrist who seems to be very good at what she does because my new glasses are outstanding.

Thank you Cadence Bank and Amy Wills for all your do going above and beyond and not just being a typical bank but a bank that makes its customers feel like as a customer we are important. Anytime I am in need of assistance, Amy is always so quick to get back to me along with the other staff how welcoming and helpful they are when you walk into the branch. I highly recommend if you are looking for a bank that values your business and gets to know who you are, this is the bank for you.

I visited with Amy Wills at Cadence Bank to learn more about their services. Amy was courteous, professional and explained in detail the services at Cadence, similar to the services the big bank offers but with a personal touch. The accounts-opening process was very simple and it didn't take a lot time away from my busy schedule. On a number of occasions, I've reached out to Amy for questions and she's been available to assist me. It is comforting to know that I can reach out to my banker without having to dial an 800 number. I would highly recommend visiting with Amy and her team to anyone who may be contemplating moving away from the big bank.
