Atm teller thing is horrible and barely works. None kd the flexibility of a teller or the solitude of an atm.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Refused to cash my check and deposit it, as other branches have done several times. The bank manager blew me off and had the staff just blaming the other locations for doing it wrong.

If it gave me the ability I was get 0 stars!!! Cadence is a worse bank than I see... This back doesn't have any advantage and They are only on the sidelines, as every month send me different cards to use, change back app! While their service is below the poverty... For 5 days my app was closed, Now with a new app, I couldn't send many as well!!! I couldn't transfer many more than 3 times and charged me after it... For any small reason, I have to drive to the bank!

CA is pretty "Dence" ly populated, but this apparently has nothing to do with that. This is a fancy bank right on the corner of a busy and annoying intersection in Highland Village. They charge the same kinds of annoying fees as a lot of the other banks around here, which is one of the reasons I don't love them, but at the same time I haven't had too many issues when using the ATM before.

New ATM BROKEN!! Took $220.00 cash deposit and then malfunctioned and never came back up!! I pushed the button to speak with the drive through teller to explain what happened. She asked for my ID to look up my account. She said she couldn't see the deposit on my account. She's going to have to call a technician to come fix the ATM (new ATM) and because it's Friday she can't tell me when I will see my funds... Once the service man comes to fix the machine, IF IN FACT my deposit is there, then they could credit my account! I asked her for her name or ID because all I have is her word. She said she couldn't give me that and doesn't have an ID. I told her I was going to take her picture if she didn't have a name nor ID, then her photo would be my only proof of this conversation. She replied, "Don't take my picture, I don't authorize that". I asked her then how would I have any documentation of this conversation? She said she would get her managers card and give it to me. This took longer than expected... I waited... finally she gave me the managers card and my ID back with a smirk on her face. I told her that her customer service skills needed improving. What kind of teller can't give a name? Then she said I was harassing her by taking her photo. I told her I don't have her photo and said that she needed to be re-trained. She then raised her voice and said, "My name is Airabella". Let's pray Cadence Bank fixes this deposit transaction and gives Airabella more customer service training. I will not be revisiting this location ever again. There's several other locations nearby. Her manager, Hani Elahmad was in the background and never came to speak with me to apologize about the ATM nor apologize as to why his employee refused to give me her name to document the conversation.

I don't bank with Cadence, but yesterday we had some horrible weather in Houston and I was stuck at a bus stop since Metro/Uber/Lyft/Cab had all stopped service and no I knew could reach me, so I walked into this bank and asked if I could seek shelter from the rain. They had no problem with me waiting inside for hours and charging up my phone. They fed me, gave me water, and a poncho(they gave ponchos to all of us at the bus stop) to stay dry and I just wanted to let them and anybody else know that I REALLY appreciated this. Before my family came and got me, these people took care of me and I want to say thank you SO much to the employees that were at this bank yesterday. I am truly grateful for your kindness!

Working with Ramy and his team is 7 stars service. The attention to people, focusing on solutions, and providing an out of the standard customer service is the reason I do business with Ramy and refer a lot of my friends and family.
