I went in on a Saturday and there were two people working. I was looking for kitchen cabinets. When I walked in the female caught my eye and nodded like she would be with me next. I was the only one in the store besides the two parties being helped. I heard her finishing up and she got up and helped a woman who was just coming in the door. I had waited for about 10 minutes. That frustrated me so I left.

Don’t waste your time. This was the worst experience and cost me money in my budget only to get ripped off and given the hardest time about a $99 refund for services I didn’t ever receive.

Our cabinets were installed and we were very happy but we have 2 kitchen drawers that continue to come off track. The installer left screws off which they didn't want to admit. I called CTG for assistance in fixing it. They told me it was normal and told me to go to Home Depot and buy the screws to fix it. They also told me it was still under warranty so they could send me new drawers but I would have to install it. Problem NOT solved!
