for the Internal Review: I was very pleased with Jessy Escalante customer service. She found a solution for my May 25th, C60Evo order (#357418), that was not shipped to Belgium yet. She found a way to ship my order to Belgium. I felt very happy and relieved that she proposed to send my parcel soon. I just had a wonderful costomer service experience with Jessy Escalante. There were several fairly complicated questions that I had to make a decision on and he displayed great patience and eagerness to be helpful throughout the entire conversation. He was knowledgeable on every matter presented and was very clear in his explanations. I appreciate his willingness to take the time necessary to resolve all the issues.
