I had a great experience and was so thankful for Yuri and team for taking the time and fixing my car. I brought my GLC 300 here after going to multiple car shops and they all told me it was nothing they could do and to take to Mercedes. I brought here to Yuri and he made several phone calls and made it happen! Everything that Yuri promised he held to the highest of standard. I love that this is also a Christian based business because he showed every example of that. The level of attention and communication Yuri had will be the reason I come back. My car came back spotless and drives great.

Dishonest and incompetent, Mercedes repairs mechanic, under new management, with Yuri bullying customer with threats (recordings available) and Jessica requesting for vehicle identification number for a vehicle that has been sitting at their premises for 6 months. Mercedes vehicle was fixed by replacing a set of coin batteries in ignition key fob by someone else for $6.

Great place. I respect the guy, but the service they provide its way higher than the market price, $170 per hour for changing the part for $60, and they said over $500 labor ? also he was telling it might take longer its means more money. The guys who work there are good and friendly, but the owner stays away from him. Probably I'm not gonna come back to this place.

Had my brakes repaired on my AMG GLE 43! Best price in town. after reaching out to two other authorized shops including the dealership!! Superb service. I called several times over the phone and they always made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was probably annoying but they were always so kind. In-person, THE customer SERVICE was still the BEST! The car was ready faster than they said it would be. They even showed me the old brakes. AND BEST OF ALL.....My vehicle was clean inside and out when I picked it up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are very honest, never over charge for any part. They really know how to work on European cars. BEST service ever. Also they have refreshment for customers.
