I found so many things that I had had in mind for a long time (shoes, belts, blouses), so I got really lucky. This store carries great quality products at a reasonable price. Also, I prefer shopping at this store than on Amazon.

Honey let me say this is one of no this is the best Burlington I have ever been to in my life organized greeting cleanliness helpful things parents need for back to school tables ok let the wonderful greeter said her SUPERVISOR DONT PLAY AND IT SHOWS BECAUSE THIS STORE AND STAFF IS A1 top tier i felt like i was at a luxury store and i took a pic beautiful worker and professional as proof name a burlington that is on point as they are none I been too and i am looking for a painting and some planters so I been too a loooot ???♀️??? but congrats yall thank you for your hard work

I go to this Burlington a lot as this one is the closest to my house and has a good collection of dresses. But the thing that pisses me off is the fact that their fitting rooms are closed most of the time and every time it is a different time than the previous time. Idk what’s the issue is with their fitting rooms. Sometimes it’s closed at 7 pm sometimes maybe even before 6 pm. Sometimes I found it open even after 8 pm. I went yesterday and after 10 minutes of my walking in they announced the fitting room is now closed. It was around 4:30. Please for god’s sake whoever is responsible for this department make a proper timing for fitting rooms and stick it at the entrances or inside the store so that we know when to expect it open.

I frequent Burlington on a somewhat regular basis but today might be a deal breaker. No issues until I got to the checkout line. 3 registers were open when I got in line (2:45pm) and approximately 10-12 folks ahead of me. 1 register was working on 2 carts (w/lots of items), and the other 2 were in pause mode waiting on a price check. Once the 2 registers received the price and completed the sale, they both turned their light off and stood there putting hangers and tags away before walking away (3:01pm). A 2nd register finally opened around 3:10 and I counted 28 folks in line but couldn’t see around the corner as to where the line ended. I finally got checked out at 3:25. A 30-45 wait in line to checkout at a retail store is totally unacceptable to me!

I will give it a 3 star the cashiers are nice and friendly but I’ve gone in the morning, afternoon and evening and they never ever open the dressing rooms they lie about will open them in 30 minutes and never do.
