Wow ! Excellent service , fast , friendly and very fresh! The restaurant is cleaner than many others I have been to. The customer service was outstanding & professional. This store needs to be the one that every other location follows the standards. Yes burger King still let's me have it my way! I appreciate that because until now I thought motto was gone. The restrooms were very clean and accessible for free at this location. Keep up the great work.

Polite, efficient, ordered by phone app. Picked up through drive-thru food was especially tasty and fresh. No .25 upcharge for zesty sauce was refreshing.

Disappointed across all fronts. The BK in the heights is the way to go. This locations food didn't taste as good. Bathroom is out of service - longer enough so that they've printed a sign that looks old. Poorly lit. Very very slow service.

I would like to let the owner or manager know about the lady that worked this shift. On Sunday morning. I would like to make a complaint about discrimination. I faced when I got here. Although this has happened with the same lady before I gave her a chance to correct her demeanor this time. But she was unapologetic. Let’s start with points first. Upon giving her my rewards number she kept on saying no work no work coupon when I was not giving her coupon. I was giving her code to collect points. Anyways. I could add the transaction I’d later to earn points . Second mistake. She would t give me my receipt. Even upon. Asking. I had to basically snatch it from the printer. Third she didn’t give me my coffee and when I asked she put a loose lid on it. And it spilled right away. All over my jeans. I tried to stay calm. Then. She acted asif I am the problem and in Spanish. Talked to other coworker about me offensively. I am bilingual and know 5 languages by the way. Fourth. 10:45. And I was asking for a refill for my coffee and she blatantly refused. Fifth. This is the beginning of order and she was overcharging me for an eg and cheese croissant make it a meal option. And it is 6:05 and she was charging me 7:85. And when I corrected her she said that I am being belligerent. Although tahe could have just admitted her mistake. I have been going to Burger King for years and by far this was very degrading experience for me. I am not in any way shape or form coming to this location ever again . The owner needs to replace her for their own benefit right away. She had personal deals going on at work. While she was working and I witnessed it first hand. She would not give me her name. No name tag or imway to identify. You can lookup the transaction was between. 10-11 am. Please. For the betterment of your own business get rid of employees like that . Or it may cost you down the road. Being very near to some high ranking law schools. This is a recipe for disaster. Thanks.

Usually this place is ok at service, and decent at order accuracy but this morning was crazy to me. 11:20 am, Sunday morning before work after a late night. I come through the drive thru wanting some coffee and a burger. Now last I checked BK has iced coffee on the menu so when I ask for a coffee I was not expecting to hear COFFEE!?!? WE DONT HAVE NO COFFEE! I drove off. That was very rude and uncalled for so I took my money and business across the street to Mc Donald's, which I don't even like but guess what they gave me a coffee and a burger. Perhaps better training to your drive thru staff and someone who understands and can speak at least decent English.

There were ants all over the counter.... coming out of a poorly patched hole. Drink machine was out and dirty. Two older employees manning the kitchen and orders. Whoever owns this franchise, check in on it and your employees.

Ordered my food went to window and was short a onion ring. Had to argue the young cashier guy down that I was short. He didn't believe me I showed my receipt he saw it said 3. He rifled through my bag AGAIN, put another fry in there, I said I'm short an onion ring not a fry, He rifled through my bag AGAIN, finally put my onion ring in bag. He didn't want to change it and acted like I was trying steal.I was so frustrated I left forgetting my drink. After I got home and pulled food out bag he had went through my bag so many times my burgers were unwrapped and onion rings all in bag. NEVER again dirty KIRBY.
