I will never give any of this high end stores a perfect rating, because I don’t believe in a perfect rating for them.I did not feel welcomed at all, and the vibe was totally off. To be honest, I will never return there ever again. It was an unpleasant experience for me , but I tried to ignore it since I really wanted the items that I was looking for.The representatives there were awfully snobby and did not approached us to see if we needed anything. After waiting over ten minutes, my partner finally approached a representative to ask for assistance just be told that she was helping someone else. What great service ( lol)Employees need to be retrained on adequateCustomer service. Stop stereotyping people because they look a certain way.

Most of staffs are good, but one of the staffs seem to be there for a while or just being old. She didn't seem to care about customers' experience much, no attentiveness, no attention to detail ( such as wearing a glove when you touch the products ), and doesn't even try to find answers from customers when she is not sure. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of Josh, his attention to detail, customer caring, and knowledge about the brand and products are excellent. Probably, I will contact ahead to ensure he is there to take care of our purchases. I would give 5 stars to this store if everyone could meet the same standard as Josh.

I love this brand and have a number of pieces and pairs of shoes. Last weekend I bought a pair of sneakers - wore them once and can't wear them again because the uppers on the left shoe squeaks so loudly it's distracting. None of my other Burberry shoes do this. Spencer (the manager at Houston's Galleria store) basically said "sorry , you've worn them, we can't take them back, and you'll have to break them in." I get breaking in shoes - I have hundreds of pairs (various labels) and typically breaking in is about comfort. I'm shocked that Burberry - one of my favs - won't stand by their product. My new squeaky sneakers will be the last piece of Burberry I purchase. Oh, if anyone is interested in $600 Burberry sneakers that squeak with every step, I'll make you a deal. #customerservicefail

Burberry quality has gone steep downhill. The belt I bought start ripping off in very short amount of time. Any leather belt you buy for $50 60 dollars last long time but this $500+ belt cheap quality picture is attached.

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm very disappointed in Burberry's return policy. Their policy for extended returns for the festive season states that if you order online between November 9 - December 16 of 2022 then you have until January 17 2023 to make returns. I just went to their store and they denied my return which was made online about 3 weeks ago so it fits within their festive season dates. Manager was rude as well.

Huge shout out to Adriana for being so kind and helping me out with my purchase. Was shopping for my bday and came to realize that her and I both have the same bday lol. I went back because i needed to exchange my belt bc it was too small and she made it super easy. I love Burberry so i will definitely be going back and purchasing from her.

A bad customer service. I was really disappointed with the store manager who can’t deserve to be the store manager. Don’t ever buy any item that unsealed. They force u to buy unsealed and dirty items then they don’t return or exchange. How come the manager tells me to leave the store when he able to solve the issue that I had! Wow! No more Burberry clothes for me.

I was waiting in line to get into Burberry in the Galleria for about 15-20 minutes. I was wave forward and was told to get back in line because the person waving said only 3 are allow in at a time. I then went back in line when a couple walk by and talked to the person at the door, and they were allowed to go in. I went back to the door and asked the attendance why the couple was allowed in the store when I was still waiting in line to get in. I was told that the couple was allowed in to pick up their merchandise and was asked to go back and wait in line.I do not know if this is a case of Asian discrimination, but I do believe that if there is a line established due to covid restrictions, then everyone should follow the same rule.

Very disappointing service. I felt very degraded with my experience. I purchased one of their canvas totes, that tore and was very insulated in the response of getting it repaired. What an unfortunate experience, I came to purchase a new bag while that one was being repaired. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to move back to Louis Vuitton. ?

Great customer service and I love shopping at Burberry! This is a brand that is great quality and I love all of my coats, rain jackets, and scarfs. Houston Burberry I will be back to shop!
