Brought in my 6 month old miniature poodle for his first cut & he came out looking so handsome thanks to Chikako! My expectations for his first grooming have been exceeded. I was nervous leaving him for a few hours but he was treated so well & he came home happy. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back for all his future grooming needs! ?

Bunker Hill grooming is a great place. I took my recently litte rescued MaltiPoo to be groomed this morning. I've used this Bunker Hill Groomers for about 8 years. Ivana is a sweetheart. She knew I had moved and now live across town, and she offered to groom Daisy quickly so that I could stay in the area instead of going home and then make another trip across town to pick her up. Why go so far? Groomers are in every neighborhood. However really good groomers who love what they do and are very good at grooming are hard to find. Her prices are very fair and I trust Ivana and her staff with my sweet little cutie. And Ivana and her staff have always done a great job. You can count on it!

Been coming here for years and drive all the way from the Heights because we love the job they do. They have great professional groomers. Super nice and gentle with your pups. Reasonably priced for show-dog cuts. Our Bichon Frisé looks magazine ready when he leaves. Highly highly recommend!

Bad service… I dropped my dog 9.30 AM and my dog stayed at there grooming shop until 6.00pm in a small cage this is the third time happening even when I picked hem up they didn’t cut his hair straight because they was rushing to finish because they wanted to close. I asked the lady why it take you so long to get to my dog ? She have no answer and she was making excuses they are busy, I guess they taking too many customers and they don’t care about dogs staying in a small cage without food for 8 hours they don’t care about the dogs they care about how much money the will make without concerning about dogs health and stay starving without food for 8 hoursI don’t recommend this place at all

Most awful experience! Had an appointment which really meant nothing! My 11yr old was there from 10:30 We chkd on him at 1:00 Mot done Finally 1:45 She butchered him and he was barely responsive for 24 hrs plus she nicked his bottom and he bled for 24 more hrs! Worst human being I have encountered for ages. This just happened Jan 28 2023 Horrible!!!
