Boutique gym in the heart of West U. The strength training classes are decent. However, the trainers are a mixed bag. 3 out of 4 trainers are excellent but one of the male trainers named Daniel is moody, unfriendly, talks down to female clients, and was not nice to me--he treated me poorly in class on two occasions. He snapped at me that "Stop spacing out, this isn't Orange Theory" in my second class. He argued with me that I could not wear headphones in the gym despite many people wearing headphones in every class.Several other female members have left the gym because of how he has treated them and I left the gym as well after being a member for about a year.

Great boutique gym in the heart of West U. The strength class programming is excellent and you can track your progress in the app. Gym recently changed owners in the winter of 2022, The new owner got rid of punch cards immediately (which led to a lot of members leaving) and you can either take classes twice a per week for $175 monthly or unlimited classes per week for $195 monthly. We had about 120 members as of January 2022 and 70 members as of September 2022. 50 members have left since the new owner took over. 3 out of 4 of the coaches are great. Bree, Monica and Kyle are nice, personable and really understand strength and conditioning. One of the trainers named Daniel has had many complaints, primarily from female members and he has treated me poorly on several occasions. In my second class, Daniel told me in a completely serious manner to "Stop spacing out, this isn't Orange Theory." Several months later, Daniel ordered me to remove my headphones during class when other members wear earbuds in every class. He got aggressive about it and continued to argue with me for about ten minutes. I quit the gym that same week. He doesn't greet members or make eye contact, is extremely moody, he frequently argues with people, and despite overwhelming feedback on multiple member surveys to play different music, he continues to play terrible music in every single class.

I had been a member for eight years. I loved it for years but the past couple of years it switched being mainly tow to mainly strength and weights. The row instructors are now horrible. I did enjoy the Master Strength class with Kyle but they changed how membership was paid and it did not work out for me. Additionally with a change in ownership the facility is not as clean as it used to be.

The trainers are SO FRIENDLY! I have visited with my mother-in-law many times and they treat me like a friend each time. I always get in an amazing workout and leave more knowledgeable about my routine, form and fitness.

The classes are small and the coaches super nice. I would recommend for people that don’t like crowds and also to reach their goals. You may feel it’s like a private coach helping you. When you go to a regular gym, you can quickly leave after 20 min because no one is watching, like I used to. But here, the coaches are there to support you and are watching you for the full 50 min of class. So in a way, you feel you have to do the full class because the coach is encouraging to do your best and that is what works for beginners like me.

One of my favorite place to workout. I attend their Hiit classes where the cardio is rowing and they provide different weight lifting section to break it up. It is challenging and fun! I have a previous injury from years ago and they are great with providing me a different variation if needed. It is nice to see people of different strength levels and age groups attending each class.

I don’t think I’ve been to a better fitness studio in Houston than bulletproof. It offers different types of exercises and through most times during the week. All the trainers are super nice and helpful. Mac (the owner) is super accessible and flexible. I’m sad I didn’t find this place sooner. I’ll be leaving Houston in a few months and will definitely miss it.

I absolutely love this studio and it's been one of my most missed parts of non-COVID life. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about form and put together really balanced workouts that are the Goldilocks level of challenging. The equipment is also really nice and well maintained and I've never been to a crowded class so I've always gotten personalized attention when I've wanted it.

This place is my jam. I use it through ClassPass for all my HIIT needs when I'm on the WestU side of town and it never disappoints. The AllBody classes are exactly that: all body. The workouts are never boring, easily modified if you have injuries or want to crank it up/down a notch, and go by so fast you don't feel like you've been working out for an hour. If you do the Abs class, prepare to feel your abs like you've never felt them before. They're considerate, though. After they kill you, they give you a cold, damp towel to wipe off with and calm your heart rate down before you want to vomit.
