I pre paid my rental on Thursday, confirmed my reservation and did the pre checking on Friday, went to pick up car Saturday at 9 am and the lady inside rudely tells me "I don't have a car". I told her I had my reservation confirmed and she tells me " I don't have a car, don't know what to tell you. Super unprofessional....Will never rent a car from Budget if this is their norm. I had to called customer service and got money refunded after they confirmed they had no cars near me. Refund won't post for 7 to 10 days. Do not recommend this location or business

Location easy to find with plenty of parking. The lady who helped us (Tundra) was very nice, despite the fact she was quite busy & seemed to be "holding down the fort" by herself. The vehicle we reserved was not in stock so she gave us a free upgrade. The car was nice & clean. This is the 2nd time we've recently had to rent a car while our truck is in the shop. Both times have been Budget locations (Austin & here) & we've had no problems.

Don't rent prepay....if you don't qualify, you don't get your money back right away. You have to call leave a message with your information. They will call you in 24 hours...then you can proceed to put in for a refund.....don't recommend prepay to use. And if I could give them a half of star I would.....

I have been meaning to write this review for a few months. I really think this location and its staff should be an example of how customer service should be at many similar establishments. They look happy to see a customer and explain everything well. Then when I dropped off their car it was slow and I had the best convo with one of the women that worked there… about headaches of all things. Then I had one yesterday and it reminded me to write this review. But really I didn’t want to leave, great people and cars!

Small little place at a strip mall. The unit is shared by Avis and Budget. I went there to pick up a standard SUV. No line, no waiting. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. As the car which I picked up was very dusty, she knocked $5 off the invoice. Be aware that unlike at other rentals, they will most likely not give you a choice but assign a certain car to you as their selection is limited. After all, a satisfactory experience.

$250 hold on your card whether you paid with a credit card or debit. Prepaid for the rental just to have $250 blocked on my debit. Why pay with credit card then?Also seems like they’re understaffed because the inspections of vehicle should be done by an employee and the renter.Car worked fine.

Didn't tell me there was a cridet check until after they took my money off my card and now not only am I broke until the money gets put back on my card but I'm missing my baby sister's wedding...

Management failed to explain prepay policies properly and its entirety when initially renting the car. This location also needs more staff in general. There is only one person always working this location so expect longer wait times. I definitely will not recommend budget or use it in the future.

The car was so dirty. There was hair and particles in the cup holder, in between the seat and on the steering wheel. I saw the woman who works here clean the car with a battery operated hand vacuum and hand wipes which is unacceptable during global pandemic. They are not following the cleaning procedures that are advertised. I will not rent form budget ever again.
