Love this store! The only store we miss!!! Thanks for fantastic warm customer service!!! The quality of everything in the store was excellent!!! That’s the store you will always remember as a home, with smile and sadness, like the only place you will never be able to find somewhere else.

Lots of nifty kniknaks, food, and other items from the Isles at reasonable prices. Nice to find some of the candies that aren't available many other places.

I drive across town to come here when I’m craving British sweets. I usually end up spending an hour inside browsing everything and the staff are always very friendly and kind. Love this shop!

Cute little store with lots of gifts to choose from and some grocery items, but if you're coming here for tea, you'll be disappointed. They have a large selection of Harney & Sons and The Republic of Tea, both of which are American brands (that said, Harney is very good!) , and some Ahmad and Twinings that you can also find at Phoenicia and other stores. You won't find here Whittard of Chelsea, Fortnum & Mason, or Rare Tea Company, so unless you're a fan of a dull cup of PG Tips, go shopping for English tea elsewhere, i.e., online.

It's a fun place for an Anglophile! If I could, I'd stay for hours bc there's so much to see and ponder: purses, sports merch, royal fam merch, history merch, children's toys, books, food, drink, clothing, stationary, art, collectibles, and everything you need for King Tea. 10/10 will return, do recommend!

It is not a place to shop with a tight budget but it like a mini vacation going in. They have unique items that only they carry unless you want to pay for over seas shipping for a few items. Over all the quality and friendliness of the owners and staff is top notch. I have been pleased every time I go. I do wish they still carried cute unique Children’s books like the mice ones and Amanda and the toad.

A British Store located in Rice Village. They have a good selection of British souvenirs, boxed goods, sweets, freezer items and home goods. Staff is pleasant and always willing to help you find what your looking for.

One month later, I'm still mad about how rude the owner was to us about Scotland. Absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. We won't be back

All things British, gracious service and the perfect spot for those hard to find delicacies. Recently I was looking for a specific serving piece that I had seen online in England. When I called to see if they had it in stock, they proactively offered to check all stock and get back with me so I didn't have to hold. Within half an hour I received a return call. I've shopped here since they opened about 30 years ago. Nothing like great, local shops.
