Went for the first time last weekend and absolutely enjoyed the store. The clothes are cute and stylish!! Not too pricy and the cute tote bags they give are pretty awesome

it was actually pretty nice there. the employees asked if i needed help with anything, they smiled at me, and they were just overall nice. also if ur looking to work there, you have to be 15.

There's an employee named Jade that decided to throw a bag at my sister while she was done checking out. The bag literally made a noise hitting the table, quite degrading.

Worst costumer service ever! There were 3 employees, all taking merchandise from boxes, super rude when I asked for a particular style! Didn’t even look at me!! The girl at the cashier threw the clothes in to a bag, and handed to me, I even said thank you, and she just turned around! WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!

sucks this is the closest brandy out in houston! nothing wrong with the store being packed and overstocked, but as all the other reviews say the employees are very short and unwelcoming. as someone who works in retail & customer service, i really truly would not recommend coming to this brandy. i was not greeted, i had to put my own clothes back from the fitting rooms as no one even acknowledged i needed help, all of the workers were sitting at the front gossiping super loud, and the lady that checked me out was literally texting on her phone while we were paying! absolutely terrible. i don’t know who is letting a bunch of 16 year olds run this place, but it is painfully obvious. do better pls!

Hi, the people are kinda rude as I am 14… they said I am too young to be shopping here! So they did want money ig it’s ok tho I was gonna get a sweater … but 5 stars for good clothes ?

Um yeah no! Was definitely profiled by the “manager” (she looked 16). The stuff is so cute! The other employees were sweet but the manager nah. She kept following me around the store. It’s a small store it was obvious.
