Brandon's tire shop is The premier destination in Houston for all your automotive services ranging from high quality tires to oil changes and alignment. I was recently encountering several car issues and required new tires and an oil change, and I can confidently say that Brandon's tire shop is the best choice for prompt and high-quality service. During my visit, I was attended to by Bertin, a courteous and professional gentleman who even took the extra step to inspect the rest of my tires to ensure my safety on the road. I highly endorse this establishment as one of the top 10 best in Houston!

Absolutely horrible experience, this place should be shut down! I went to change out my tire in which I had a spare in place. When I got there everyone who works there has a disgusting attitude. No "hey how are you" nothing. After they replaced the tire I asked to confirm the final price and the employee nodded his head. I gave him the money in cash, he aggressively grabbed it out of my hand and just walked away. No "thank you" No "have a good day" Nothing.
After I left this place, a few days later my tire pressure light came back on. I took the car back to them, come to find out.. THE SAME TIRE THEY REPLACED GOT TWO NAILS STUCK IN IT, CONVENIENTLY. I was convinced they just sold me a bad tire and they gas lit me saying that they always check all tires and its just my luck. They offered to fix the holes if I payed for it. After a little back and fourth, I eventually agreed. After They "fixed" the tire, I got in the car and saw the tire pressure light is still on. So I asked who I think was the manager, he said that it will eventually go away when I start driving the car, guess what.. it never went away. I checked all the other tires and their pressure and they are all good. The only one that has a problem is the one they sold me in which didn't last a week. They just sold a bad tire.
They scammed me, lied to me and gas lit me. I don't understand all these good reviews. This is the worst establishment I've ever been in. Messy, unorganized, dirty, sketchy, rude, etc. I tried to be as generous as possible with this review so it doesn't get taken down but I am very upset and disgusted. I cant believe a place like this is even open to the public! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

We got a flat tire at 3:00am in the morning . Make a call and they repaired it within 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Great service

Work late they open fast and great they even rotate check your tire for any leak before u push off and low prices for used can't say about new but find out for yourself
