I brought my BMW into Brake Check to have the front brake pads replaced. Before taking it in, everything was fine. After they replaced the pads, they messed up the sensor and then claimed it had been like that for a while—a "coincidence" that it suddenly stopped working right after the brake pad replacement. Despite the issue being caused during their service, I didn’t make a fuss and ordered new ABS speed sensors myself. When I asked if they could replace the sensor they damaged, they told me they don’t accept outside parts. Unbelievable. They caused the problem and then refused to fix it. I would not recommend this place.

Went in for an alignment because our car was experiencing steering wheel issues and after a quick google search , we thought an alignment might help. Leon did the alignment and showed us that one tire was in need of replacement and and also informed us of another issue we didn’t even know about. Our steering wheel is now working normally and we will fix the other problems ASAP. This locations customer service and attention to detail was great and we will be repeat customers ?

Stopped by without an appointment to get bolts tightened. They had me in within a few minutes. Was able to have a nice conversations with the staff while I waited but it didn't take long until I was on my way!

My daughter and I visited the Brake Check location at 5637 Southwest Freeway, Saturday 08/17/24 at 10:30 a.m. for brake service for her vehicle. We spoke with the manager, Joshua who explained in detail about the service to the brakes. We left her vehicle at Brake Check and returned to pick up her vehicle. Sometime later after leaving Brake Check my daughter noticed that there were words written on the back of her windshield that read I Need to be Cleaned and Wash Me Now. I returned to Brake Check to find out if anyone there had written those words. I asked for Joshua but I was told that was gone for the day. I asked to speak to Leon the service tech and he admitted that it was him who wrote I need to be cleaned but didn't say who wrote Wash Me Now. I told him that was unprofessional and that my daughter was very upset. I have been a repeat customer at Brake Check in the past and I referred my daughter there not expecting that a service tech would write on her windshield and think that it was funny. I hope in the future that Leon and whoever else wrote those unpleasant words will think before doing this type of childish behavior.

Wonderful service, very hospitable, had all 4 brake pads replaced and fluids flushed in a timely manor. Highly recommend! 10 stars for Josh he was amazing!
