I dropped off my car on Wednesday, August 21 at noon. The shop called me on Thursday, and I made it clear that I needed the truck back by Thursday morning because of a planned work trip. I was specific about what needed to be replaced and repaired. When I returned to pick up the truck, I found that it was in worse condition despite paying over $300. I spoke with someone in charge, but he got angry when I asked him to show me what had been done. Instead of finding a solution, he started arguing. I do not recommend this place at all. The employees are extremely slow and seem to have no sense of urgency

Such great service and exceptional customer service. The manager as well as the techs aware extremely courteous and professional. The work on my vehicle was handle with care. I highly recommend them for all your brake service needs as well as tires!!!

I had an exceptional experience at Brake Check #527 in Houston! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They offered a free brake inspection, which was a fantastic bonus. The technicians were thorough and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the necessary repairs.
The service was prompt, and I appreciated their transparency regarding pricing and work done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making my time there enjoyable. The manager is fantastic: He ordered and replaced the rotor on my 2014 Honda Pilot for free, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very professional and friendly, making sure I understood the entire process.
They kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend Brake Check for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great manager! Pulled up just to get my oil changed and left with an oil leak stating I need an oil pan. I still find it funny that my oil was not leaking at all before I got there now I have a nice size oil leak with my question basically get answered stating I need an oil pan. This was my first time coming to the establishment and will NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO BRAKE CHECK ON 610 south loop store #527

I’ve been bringing my cars to this Brake Check since college and always appreciated the work and expediency at which they operate. The prices are fair and they don’t take advantage of you, advising what needs to be done immediately and what, if anything, is less urgent.
