This was my 1st time getting an oil change from Brake Check. I must say that Nathaniel was very very thorough, very nice and has excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back just because of his service. Great job young man!

Never had any problem with service. Great only thing if u a women take a ma. With u to have your vehicle checked because when I went to get a quote on my brakes they told me I had to get so much stuff that added up to $800 but when my husband went up there to get it done 1/2 the stuff they told me didn't need to get fixed and cost 1/2 the price.

Great customer service.Had an appointment and found them ready, came to me as I pulled over to their shop, expressed their thankfulness for being on time and my vehicle was on their shop rack in less than 3 minutes.They did the job in timely manner and made clear recommendations with prices to what needed been done in the future.Thank you Brake check.

My 2ed time there. The first was to get my breaks done. Art done a excellent job on them. Got all 4 rotors done and new pads. This time I got a oil change. Was in and out in 10 min. Again Art did a excellent job. Thank you

This has to be my best experience in getting my car serviced. Travis and the guys were welcoming and warm. They treated me like I was a valued customer, which most companies do not!!!! Got rob here. One problem after the other. Brake pads to replace then rotors as well. Then while removing brake pads they Broke both calipher then need to replace and whew its expensive, and the worst they keep blaming the last person who did my brake more years ago. What if you dont have money and youre broke? What an unexpected experience. Instead of getting a help, you help them make more money from you.In addition, waiting time promise for 45minutes turned 5 hours. Im so hungry and dizzy, not even water or coffee to offer. Not even one vending machine in the location to get something to eat.
