I love this place, it's kind of hidden, but I was able to find it. Purchased a few boots from Sheplers Boots and can pick up the items here , plus I do a little special shopping for myself.

I stopped by this morning to get 2 hats cleaned and shaped. As soon as I walk in, an employee behind the register (Arturo), noticed the hats in my hand and asked if I needed them shaped. He wasted no time in greeting me and taking care of my needs. As he was cleaning them, I walked around and purchased a pair of boots that I had no intention in buying when I walked in. Great customer service at this store today.

I arrived to the store and wanted to do an exchange and when I first walked into the counter the cashier whose name was "Alexis" stood there on her phone for five minutes until she finally decided to helped me out. I then proceeded to ask a question to see if we could order a shirt and she answered in a rude way and giving attitude. Alexis was not helpful instead Daniel and another gentlemen were.

False report. I called up and they said they can give me store credit and I drove 30 minutes away just to hear they can't do anything about it .

Tons of selection for my size. I'm a size 5/5.5 in women and found my favorite black boots there! Everyone was attentive as well and helped me! I almost walked out because they didn't have my size on the shelf but someone caught me on my way out and had found my exact size! I was soooo happy! Coming here again to get boots for the family

Amazing amazing i bought a pair of boots and unfortunately the sole started to come off i lost the receipt and the employees there Cindy and genesis were able to help me find it ! They exchanged the boots for me and i went on my way appreciate you guys so much thanks boot barn ? amazing customer service

As of recent, I've been visiting this store numerous times. Mainly because of size issues and that's my fault and my fault only. The staff has been so patient and caring to get the job done. On top of that they have a wide spectrum of products in their selection and it's almost entertaining just to walk through each isle. Lastly, those who are familiar with boot pricing may come to find that there clearance items and limited promotions tend to offer some cost effective pricing. Be sure to ask around the staff members to check. I can say with confidence and assurance that this is my one and only local store that I can trust when it comes to cowboy boots and western apperel. I strongly recommend you try them out.
