Staff was not professional. They told me the wrong service charges. I visited another boost branch and the same deal was $60 less with all the required mobile sets.

The young lady working on May 8th from 11 am to 11:15 was completely unprofessional. I came in to do 2 boost ups. She informed me that there can only be one line financed. I told her that separating the lines into independent accounts would immediately qualify the lines to be boosted up. I called customer service infront of her and they told her the same thing, to which she responded "well tell them to separate the lines cuz i wanna see".. please review your store footage to confirm her actions and attitude, you lost a 2 sales today because your sales associate didnt feel like doing her job, period.

Service was ok i just put two stars because i couldnt get the activation fee waived off when their system can do it but i would assume the lady didnt wanted to do it.

After so many yrs of being a customer, always getting our phones there, we are very disappointed on our last visits. After more than a week later of going and calling them for a S7 for my birthday gift we were never told of any type of down payment (was told that the down payment was no problem) which we would have gladly given them. Friday comes around my husband is already furious of HER saying tht she has called the manager and telling us the phone was there and we would go and had the nerve to say it wasn't we got our down payment (from which he paid on Friday) we are actually surprised we got treated like that there everyone else is nice even the owner but this female gave us an attitude since the beginning. She is short on the chubby side black hair with a lot of tattoos and can't miss nose. Can't really miss her she wasn't only rude to us but to other customers too. Not only did they lost us a loyal customers but a few more thanks to her.
