Robert is THE exception to the rule. In today's culture, it is in and out with no thought of making the customer happy and ultimately return for repeat service. He exemplifies what excellent customer service should be at all times. No issue is too difficult or challenging for him to handle efficiently and professionally.

I've been buying phones here for a while, a week ago I bought one, they gave me a used one if you can tell me, when I realized they didn't respond, today I went and bought a Dr screen protector, when the youngest guy was putting it on he dropped my phone, He broke the screen protector and I told him, he didn't feel like admitting it and he broke it, be careful, not when you buy something there. They are some, I really don't have words to describe them.

Above and beyond the call of Customer service!!! I went in for a new Phone Moto g 5g an excellent basic phone for my needs at least and was promised the exact price and other quick feature i wanted setup on the phone was firefox browser and and old contacts and such moved to my new phone. ALL done in less than about 7 minutes total time! So my mistake was i purchased a phone case from online it was the wrong case and the Gentleman helped me fit the phone in the case the buttons are a little off but thats ok it was the fact that he went above and beyond for me at all cost's and time to help me out !!!!!!!!

Every time I go here I get A1 customer service, and GREAT DEALS!!! I mostly work with Robert for everything and he be on it. The fact that he knows his customers are very welcoming.
