I do not recommend this place yesterday I went because I belong to this company I went to add another line and pay my bill the manager is very tough he charged me 219 dollars in total and supposedly for the line I added they gave me a free phone it turns out he told me that It was 25 for the activation but in the end he didn't charge me 25 if not 79 I asked him why and he told me a strange story. I asked the other worker for the same phone number and they told me it was 25 when I complained to the
Manager tells me that the other worker is new and doesn't know the price. In the end I tell him to give me the receipt for what I bought and my payment for the phone and he tells me that there is no receipt and if he wants he can send me a message from his cell phone telling me when you spend

If you’re eligible for an upgrade when you walk in to the store make sure that upgrade stays on your account. This company, not boost, the indirect dealer, is known for stealing people’s upgrades and using other customers boost up just to make a sale. it’s not the employees fault when the owner is having you do illegal and unethical stuff on a customers account behind their back. Always get a receipt or you might end up paying $200+ for a $50 phone. Sad to see a business taking advantage of so many poor customers that don’t know any better. I really hope they learn business etiquette and stop all the scams.
