Walked in the store today to buy a charger but left with a brand new phone & new service thanks to the very knowledgeable saleswoman Stephanie! I was in a bit of a rush & she was intuitive of that and had me activated with a new number and out the door in under 10 minutes! She was super cool and very professional the whole time. She upsold me from a charger to a new phone with activation!! Definitely deserves employee of the month! Keep up the great work, I will be referring my friends and family!

Horrible!!!!!!!!! DON’T COME HERE if i could give it zero stars i would The manager is the worst no help whatsoever for customer service she wouldn’t let me explain the issue I had with my phone and she would talk over me almost yelling she was no help I don’t understand if you don’t like your job CHANGE IT ??

not all Boost Mobile places will give you great service... But this location, all people working here have great attitude and great service... again.. found another location who DONOT charge extra to make your monthly payments.... Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!
