If you’re eligible for an upgrade when you walk in to the store make sure that upgrade stays on your account. This company, not boost, the indirect dealer, is known for stealing people’s upgrades and using other customers boost up just to make a sale. it’s not the employees fault when the owner is having you do illegal and unethical stuff on a customers account behind their back. Always get a receipt or you might end up paying $200+ for a $50 phone. Sad to see a business taking advantage of so many poor customers that don’t know any better. I really hope they learn business etiquette and stop all the scams.

Sheehan is a great Boost Customer Service Manager. We were in and out he is excellent and great at what he does. We would recommend him a thousand times over. He rocks.

The young man Shehan, was very polite and professional and helped me get the best deal. Whenever you come to this specific store, ask for Shehan and he will hook up with the best deals. I shall not be going to any other boost store.
