AVOID! This location just blatantly lied to my face. I confirmed with corporate that the current promotion is for a BRAND NEW iPhone 11 for $50 with a $15 plan. The guy in the store told me they didn't have any and the deal was for refurbished phones only. He also said there was a $150 activation fee. LIES! Corporate said there was no activation fee. This store literally just tried to lie and steal from me! Can you guess what the finale is for this whole scenario? The actual deal advertised by corporate can only be honored in a physical store and not online or over the phone.

I walked here today and the lady that helped me was awesome and had just a beautiful phone case that I wanted she also helped me with a new screen protector that a previous man at another Boost Mobile Store had put on incorrectly. She was wonderful and helpful.Five Stars all the way.Boost Mobile are rock stars.Excellent job.Thank you Boost Mobile Store so much.Again thanks ??Thumbs way up ????????

Bought a new phone with the unlimited plan on November 8, 2021. on November 20, 2021 my unlimited plan ran out of Data, which was surprising. After being explained that unlimited is only good for 35 gigs of the 4G data after that you get knocked back to 2G for data. I use my device to search Google and check emails. I don't stream, watch shows or do any gaming so I checked on where all my unlimited data was used and found that 75% of it was taken up by the 400 system apps installed on the device when it was set up at the store.I have spoken with Boost customer care 2 times and they have told me it's not their problem. I've even reached out to the store where I bought it and was hung up on and told via text message to call back after 8pm. They closed at 8.My experience with this device has continued to decline leaving the device basically useless and me having wasted my money thinking I was making a good choice to switch to this company.

Even amidst the COVID pandemic I received EXCELLENT customer service from Sufyan. He went above and beyond what he needed to more than one time. He put our needs as a priority and even made some wonderful suggestions to us to consider when buying a new phone. I so appreciate his great customer service. I highly recommend this location.
