I went to the store because my phone didn't have any service although I had already given my monthly payment. The guy working here told me that they had given my phone number to someone else and that he couldn't do anything about it. After arguing with him for a while I asked him if they could at least give me a new phone number and he said that I would have to pay for a new number although this whole situation was their fault. I left out of there with no solution or help at all if I could give them zero stars I would.
