This place is very unprofessional, purchased a new phone within a week started showing issues. Brought the phone in 5 times with different issues occurring. After that the manager stated that he wouldn't be able to fix it till next week. I had to go purchase a new phone from else where. Please do not purchased their "refurbished" phone

The place is closed. Looks like has been closed for sometime. Boost Mobile overall is a very bad cell phone company. Customer service is non-existent and their network has very poor coverage. Because you cannot get anything done over the phone (your call goes to some overseas call center where people do not speak English), the only way to resolve any problem is to go to the store. Where they charge you 2.0 or 30 bucks for a simple thing that should be free
