Worst store and experience of my entire life. Not only did he call the police because I wanted a receipt, he was making me leave without a receipt, my phone, and my money. I have asked for the manager’s number and name 3 times and he refuses to give it to me. The salesman name is Eric P. I will continue to try to get in touch with cooperate. Plus I recorded the entire interaction.

Went in Sunday Khateryn was the store helping more than 5 people by herself. She was amazing: greeted everyone, asked what they needed, prioritized, helped and checked out folks with a smile. My nephew and I has issues she got in the phone with technical team and made it work. Thank you K.

If I could leave no stars I would. From my understanding the store closes at 8. Well whoever was in there today June 8th just rushed me out at 7:25 saying I was wasting his time because he was going to close after grabbing a case for me. I received a card with 10 dollars off from someone before. I simply asked if I could use it today. Instead of saying no, or the promotion is over, he flipped out, went off and told me he went to get a case and I wasted his time and proceeded to say I should come back when I'm ready. I told him I was prepared to pay the 15 dollars if I couldn't use the card THEY gave me but he gathered the cases and refused to sell me one. The conversation went like this:
Me: my phone is a bit outdated but do you carry this case.
Him: any color?
Me: pink
Him: goes to the back
Him: comes back
Me: how much
Him: 15 dollars
Me: can I use this?
Him: packs up cases, says i wasted his time
Me:I asked a simple question, I can pay for it.
Him: No. Come back when you're ready, in in the middle of closing blah blah blah
Me: but you close at 8...
That was extremely disgusting. I didn't ask for 10 dollars off. It was given. If yall are going to catch attitudes behind your discounts don't give them.

I have had mixed experiences with Boost mobile the cell phone service and in-store experiences. Eric at this location was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and it is because of people like him that I keep Boost Mobile. Thank you for the great customer service. I highly recommend this location and Eric as your sales rep.

I had Eric help get me set up with the xfinity Prepaid internet, he was so excellent! Professional, friendly and informative! He was the only guy in store and I sure hope the store owner gives him a raise as he deserves it!

Boost service has been horrible since I joined my calls go in and out my data runs slow or not at all and I have the $50 plan they keep having me call 611 whose good at acting like they can fix it but can't I haven't even reached my first month yet I will be transferring!

This place has the worst customer service. My dad went and purchased a phone here and switched carriers over to them and ERICK the sales associate, placed a screen protector on his phone that he purchased and charged him an additional $5 to place and the next day my dad noticed the scene protector was uneven and placed incorrectly, he went back to this location and asked the same sales associate ERICK if he could place it correctly, ERICK refused and said it was not his problem and started insulting my dad when my dad demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor and threatened to call the police and kicked him out of the store all for asking if he could place the screen protector correctly. ERICK was extremely disrespectful as if my father hadn’t gone the day before as a new customer and was asking to have his screen protector placed correctly!!! HE IS A DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED ANYWHERE THAT INVOLVES CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE -000 STARS I WOULD!!!

I’ve been a Boost Mobile customer for years and after my in person experience today, I have certainly made the decision of choosing Boost as my Primary carrier for the Long Term. There were 2 store associates that specifically stuck out to me, Serra and Eric. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely aware of the products I was purchasing, explaining which would be better fit for my needs and answering any extra question that I had, while making me feel comfortable to make the proper decision! I purchased the iPhone 12, a phone case and charging accessory! Im very excited about my purchase and will most definitely Refer my family to this location!

Great Service, Was having hard time deciding on Services and plans, Needed to Switch four lines from my old carrier, and the guy in there did not gave up on me until he designed the best deal for me, he re wrote three deferment potential plans to adjust to my needs, eventually he came up with the best design and now I'm loving the Service, Thank you Eric, BTW prepaid internet for the house is also Awesome
