If I coulda done 0 stars, I woulda. First off, this store is JANKY af. I’ve been with Boost for the last four years. For the last year, it’s been a new employee every month when I come to pay my bill. Weird but whatever. Second, for the last few months, I’ve been offered to upgrade, I get a new phone, blah blah blah. They keep pressing it even though I say no over and over again.. they even try and tell me my calls dropped (false) internet was lagging (false) or whatever else they could think of. Third, on Oct 31, when I went in there to pay my bill for November, I was hassled once again ab upgrading to 5g. Although I said no multiple times, he wouldn’t leave it be. So I said “eff it” and went ahead. He told me I’d probably be generated a new number (weird but okay).. whatever. We finished fairly quickly and I left. So that was 10/31 that I paid my bill, got upgraded, etc.. Well, November 7, they charged my bank. I go up there when I realized… guy couldn’t help me. Told me come back tomorrow. Go the next day. Guy “put in a ticket” and gave me his number in case i didn’t get my money back. I go back the third day, and they say nothing can be done. I call costumer service and they tell me there’s no ticket.So with all this being said… they created a new account for me (which is why I got the new number) without my knowledge. Instead of paying my bill like I thought, the money was used for my new account start up. I called Sam, the guy who claimed he’d help… after talking to him once, he said he’d see what’s up and call me back. Never heard from him again. Needless to say I’m pissed ab the whole ordeal… they never even really tried to help. JANKY AF. 0 stars. Do not recommend.Edit to add:2 of the 3 days I went in there, they were messing over someone.First time: rep was tryna get a guy to buy a discounted phone. Guy was on the phone with his sis and rep was tryna get sis to cash app him the money for the phone.Second time: lady was in there when I went in. Rep had her phone. Language barrier. Lady spoke Spanish. Luckily I speak a little Spanish. All the lady was tryna do was get help with her gps. He was tryna upgrade her phone. Told her that.. she said she didn’t want to upgrade. She wanted directions. JUST JANKY

Came to pay my bill right before workQuickly. They took my phone and kept it until I agreed to get a new phone, because I needed 5g compatible. 3 men in the store and me only. I was in tears of how comfortable I was. I wanted my phone and to leave but they wouldn’t allow anything other. I now have two phones and don’t understand why both are working. The newer guy was trying to help and could tell I was upset and the other guys didn’t care.The guy who felt bad paid for the phone himself $13. Because I was so upset and I did not want a new phone and made it clearThe Manager and store owner.I felt like was being kept against my will and I was late to work in tears.Also pretty positive the manger was doing cocaine.

Jose is awesome I just went to the store and he went above and beyond and yeah I highly recommend him to anybody if you're going to boost go with him his name was Jose he is awesome I mean I'll definitely be going back I mean he cared more about helping the customer then what was easiest for him to do like he went above and beyond I have never went to a single boost that has done that he made this experience so amazing and yeah because I recently bought a phone from another store and my stylist was broke so he ordered them he's all come back in it just takes like 2 weeks I will let you know when they're here and we'll fix it no charge I mean he was amazing he went above and beyond

Excellent customer service when I came here nothing but great vibes from The Guy who was there named Juned!! He Gave me what I need plus more without trying to get over on me. They need more sale reps like him that's all I got to say!!

I could honestly say that JOSE is and will always remain my favorite Employee from this Boost Store. He really does help but most of all his customer service is on point. He is very real with his customers and honest. Cool thing about this location while you wait there's a snack table for us customers. By far my favorite store to make my payments and upgrades a big THANK YOU TO JOSE!!!

I had one of the sweetest employee take care of me & my boyfriend today, even though I was probably annoying to Jose when I went back the 2nd time. But he remained very caring, calm, friendly & very professional both times I went . Greeted me when I got there and when I was leaving , he also had so good snacks. Thank you again Jose for your service, I really do appreciate it!
