Man I just seen an ad on offer up saying free iPhone. So I message to get info. And she tried charging me 40$ of tax on top of the rate plan that I didn't even choose. 2 lines 190$ so to say 120 for the lines and supposedly waiving activation fees but charging me 40$ of tax on each phone.
