We purchased prepaid internet and paid $96.00 for the modem and one month's worth of internet service through Xfinity prepaid. The sales rep said we could stream unlimited items on 20 megabytes!! We took it home and it would absolutely not connect! It wasn't enough to stream my Roku. We went two days later to return it, the girl said her manager wasn't there to go Monday.
