Horrible experience I went to boost mobile on bellaire because i received a message saying i was qualified to for free upgrade network I get there the clerk tried to charge me 20.00 for the SIM card that was supposed to be free! Asking me how’s my network and am I getting in spam calls he was acting all weird about it because he knew he wasn’t supposed to be charging people for the update network sims card it’s a promotion that boost has going on I contacted customer support online and I also talked to another location I was told they was not allowed to charge so be aware of the scams they are trying to pull in that store

I went to the store five days ago I paid in cash, my internet was ready, an Indian helped me and he just begged me for the money and he didn't make the connection so they steal that way if they have their salary, they are crafty
