I bought a phone that was promoted at 149.99 + tax being $213. Why is it when I get there I’m being charged $260? I call and I canter get ahold of anybody. I’m never coming back here again.
Update: Called the phone number that was on the receipt and finally got ahold of someone, because apparently the phone number on maps is wrong. They’re saying the activation fee is $60. Regardless of how they spin it I was overcharged. Why quote me a different price if that’s not correct? These people are scammers! I’m filing a claim because this is ridiculous. I’m not being unreasonable, they scammed me out of $94! Total because I purchased two phones with the same promo

One star because the guy who attended me said that i dint have a account with boost even though i been using boost for about 3 years now??? & after he told me that my account with boost was deleted and i had to pay extra 20 dollars to get it activated again?? while the 2 ladies were snickering and laughing at us,, whatever u do dont trust this location ive never had a issue like this before at any location until now theyre very rude and are scammers

ONE STAR BECAUSE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT MY NUMBER HAD TO BE CHANGED TO WORK PROPERLY, BUT WHILE SHE HAD Y CELLPHONE MY VOICEMAIL OLD APP AND IMPORTANT MESSAGES WERE DELETED. SHE SHOULD'VE ASKED FIRST IF I WANTED TO USE THE NEW VOICEMAIL APP. PLUS THE NUMBER I HAVE NOW, IT'S NOTHING BUT SPAM DAY AND NIGHT. BESIDES CHANGING THE NUMBER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH VOICEMAIL MESSAGES SAVED SHE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO DELETE THEM.
