$110 dollars for them to switch my number to another phone .. then she didn’t want to provide a receipt.. only reason I paid was because I’m already dealing with so much and didn’t feel like going somewhere else

Bad service and they sold my my aunt and she tried to get an upgrade and they told her she couldn’t get an upgrade so they gave her a new number and they sold her a 5G 2023 phone for 165

Don't go to any boost mobile... Each store can make up their own return policies... Even though the website and receipt clearly states you can return 30 days. I called boost mobile customer service and they did say that each store may can apply their own return policies... In this case, this was a upgrade... But this return policy was not explained to me or posted anywhere in the store or clearly printed on the receipt... The young lady has an attitude knowing I could not return the phone... But I forgive her... However, I would not recommend this store... Quality customer service, especially for long standing customers means providing all information concerning returns... Please let this be a lesson to everyone... Ask about return policy before you purchase anything... Not just a cell phone... Ask all necessary questions... If they rush you... Walk away... Don't let it cost you or get something you may not want... We all work to hard for our money... Enjoy your life... Regardless of how things happen... Thank you.
