The store was very clean and organized. They had great selection and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful in finding what we needed. He was very patient and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Inconsistent pricing (mostly overpriced with poor indication on quality of products) and limited selection on books. Place for aga khan followers, as they carry lots of posters, pictures, and other related articles.

Me and my wife were visiting Savoy complex we noticed this shop. We entered the shop and quickly realized it's not something we would be interested in. We decided to leave. As we were leaving, the shopkeeper ran towards us, stopped us and said "ager lena nhi tha kuch tou aye kyu thy". I was shocked at this. When we were in the car my wife told me that when we entered the shop one of the three guys said "aa tou gaye hain lengy nhi kuch".The guy at the shop should learn basic costumer service etiquettes. His rude and disrespectful behavior will not help him make customers.

Came in to find a birthday gift for my husband. The owner was so nice and professional and willing to help me find the right gift. I definitely recommend this gift shop for all your Islamic Gift Needs!!!

People browse shops all the time. His impolite and disrespectful behavior will not help him make customers. If people like something they will buy it. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish with his rude customer service. No surprise that he is having problems getting customers. Has anyone ever heard of such a precondition for entering a shop?

Hi I stopped by today to get myself a chain but there was no one waited for 20 mins and store was locked tho open sign and lights were on. Truly disappointed they lost a customer ???

Store associate Naz was very helpful! I was looking for my step dad a Christmas gift, I didn’t know much about what he likes other then the fact he’s huge on religion! Naz suggested so many items in all different price ranges, he was able to answer all of the question I had about items in the store. His customer service was BEYOND GREAT!!!! Make sure to ask for him when shopping here. I’ll be sure to shop here again no doubt.

My wife and I enjoy every visit we have at the books and gift shop we agreed it with kindness courtesy and respect we enjoyed all the beautiful and wonderful gifts books and fragrances jewelry etc. I recommend this shop to all my friends and anyone who is serious about beautiful timeless gifts with her friends.
