Where I parked one of the vacuums on both sides of my car were out. I was told maintenance came once a week so why wasn’t it marked?The music was so loud I had to step in the restroom area to hear my phone call.Dont let the word polish fool you on the $15 wash..not a wax and not the colored foam…still trying to figure out what is polish..The restroom was really clean

It's a disaster The vacuum cleaner doesn't work It doesn't wash the vehicles properly There's dirt lying on the floor There's no one to complain to A man came up and said he's tired of complaining to the manager but it's getting worse every day

Always professional and courteous. Greets you with a smile as if they are genuinely happy that you chose them to do business with versus some car washes? Where the car wash actually think that they are doing you a favor. This car wash is always clean provide towels for the customer has strong, pulling vacuums and air machines I’ve never had a bad experience. and if they car wash damages your vehicle, they take ownership responsibility, unlike some other car washes I’ve dealt with in the Houston Cypress area.

Very poor customer service. Employee turnover is so high. Unfriendly staff who don’t care about customers . Cancelled my membership after 5 years.

This location is outstanding. The staff there are very attentive and they make sure they deliver friendly and convenient service. Mr. Darrell and Mrs. Kay always deliver the most adequate and friendly service no matter what. I clean there and wash cars everyday and they always take care of me.

1 star just to be able to post a review - possible damage to my rims and scratches on my car from their equipment - worst location EVER - warning not to do business with blue wave - car still has bird poop on hood and told no luck for me that they would not run me through a second time to get the bird poop off - this is the worst location customer service possible I would avoid this location in particular I made the mistake of not going to a different car wash that has a similar name that provides excellent customer service actually scrub your windshield your hood your trunk and the back of the car and the grill ( !! for the same price blue wave charges !! ) prepping the vehicle before you drive in to the car wash to avoid this exact scenario from happening the fact that these people would not run me through a second time should raise a red flag for anyone - do not do business here - I am pissed and will be contacting the blue wave corporate office with date and time (11Feb2022 / 1100am) in an effort to have their customer service improved as well as send these rude attendants and manager to CSR training at a minimum - see the other negative reviews and keep in mind the positive reviews may be placed on the reviews by employees and their friends simply to offset the bad customer service reviews - no way possible for this location to get more than 4 stars - you have been warned unless you like your car damaged and dirty after using blue wave car wash
