Customer service and vacuum gets 5 stars. My rating is based on the carwash itself. There were three back to back cars in the wash and the first car got stuck, my car and the car behind me kept going and were in very close quarters of each other. Thankfully i was paying attention and could see just a little bit between the soap on the windshield. I had to hit my brakes to avoid rear ending the car in front. It was giving final destination. My advice, just use their vacuum and go somewhere else for a wash. Its not safe and my car was still dirty. I had already spent over an hour vacuuming dog hairs, I didnt have the energy to go in and put up a fuss. Basically i wasted 15.00 and probably damaged my car. Its too hot for this.

Very disappointed in this establishment. I drove by one day and saw they offer unlimited monthly wash plans. I thought, why not give it a shot for a month to see how I like it. The associate at the entrance told me it’s 24.99 for a month of unlimited washed. Sounds like a good deal to me! Until a month later i see a 29.99 charge on my card. After having to call customer service because i couldnt get ahold of someone at the location they tell me number one, that it’s an automatic renewal that the associate failed to disclose to me. And number two, the 24.99 for the first month was a promo which the associate failed to disclose to me as well. I asked to find a resolution and supposedly no one can help but the manager from the location. It is now more than a month later and i still have not heard from anyone to find a resolution to this ordeal. To top it all off, upon this months reoccuring charge, i see i was charged now the original 24.99 but with a much lesser wash plan. Mind you, this was done without my knowledge, without my consent. Very disappointed in this place!

Beware! Stole $100 from me! We went back in April for a basic wash. No where at the kiosk does it say you're signing up for a monthly subscription. They have been stealing $25 every month for the past 4 months from me! They never ask you anything about setting up recurring payments or anything like that and no email notifications of anything. Extremely shady way to conduct business.

I must say the service was remarkable with Ms. Anette. She promptly stepped over and got me through the machine service to pay and I was on my way through the wash. Everything worked as should so I was done in minutes. Thanks for being right around the corner I don't even have to go far.

Just paid for their most expensive wash and the soap wasn't rinsed off the back half of my car, no tire cleaning process ran, and the dryers didn't run at all. it doesn't even look like it did much and this used to be my usual place. Not anymore.
