I recently ordered my first rifle here and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Don’t care what anyone says, Jimmy you are the best my guy tried several other places to put my order and you found what I wanted in less than 10 mins of me being there. This was really the only place that had the rifle I wanted very happy to have done business with black gold recommend to anyone who is looking for something. If you are talk to jimmy, he’s the man to talk too.

Overpriced and awkward. I have tried on several occasions to spend my money here, but never end up doing so. WARNING: Don't trade your guns in here! They like to give the federal government extra money and charge you tax on the full gun price before your trade. Never heard of a gun store that likes giving more to the feds!

Happy Birthday, Jimmy. I have bought guns from Black Gold Guns & Ammo and used them as my FFL dealer as well. Jimmy is extremely helpful and kind, and I have bought four guns through them this week. Black Gold has a very unique and diverse collection of modern guns, collector guns, custom engraved guns and even some antique wall hangers. This is my new favorite Houston gun store.

I have known Gordon Taylor for over 30 years, He is a straight up person. I ask him about a specific black powder pistol, 2 days later I got a call from Gordon he said hey I got what you want. These place is great. I bought a shotgun from them, had another was an FFL transfer. Both transactions were seemless and had an extremely pleasant chat both times. I highly recommend this shop.
