On 4/1/24 I had a surprise happen to me while driving on highway 288 I got a flat tire on my trailer. I didn’t have the appropriate jack to lift up my trailer. I’ve contacted Black & White Towing they answered quickly and arrived at the approximate time frame. I was really impressed with the price range along with the time frame they showed up. Very professional and quick. I was back on the road in a matter of minutes. Also detoured traffic safely in order for me to get back onto the highway. I highly recommend this Houston establishment. Great work Black & White Towing !!!!

A little over a year ago, without hesitation, this gentleman helped my wife and I get out of harm's way when our Explorer broke down on I-45S in the Webster area. He escorted us to a safe spot while we waited for assistance from a different company that we had requested. While he didn't even charge us a penny, what he did was PRICELESS. I just found the business card that he had given me, and I had to share this story. Thank you, Mr. Gabriel. ?

If I could give this company more stars I would . I honestly cannot thank Alexander enough he took the time and patience with me to understand how to navigate not only my situation but how to deal with insurance and what process I need to take to make sure everything was handled with best care and the right way. Alexander gave me deep information in regards to things the insurance didn’t care to let me know. My car was pawned 11 days and if I hadn’t spoken with Alexander idk how things would of unfolded . He saved me from a disaster.“I know tow trucks have bad reputation but I want to make sure that I don’t leave that impression on people i come across. Good honest business, they work quickly & good prices. I’ve used their services twice before once when I locked my keys in my car and when my car was stuck in a muddy ditch.
