I would never use this pharmacy. They are shady with their practices. Be very careful about your dealings. I dealt with Rochelle on the phone and they were hounding me worse than robo calls. They are also charging a inflated price and copay. Something is not right there. They wanted me to fill out a application for help paying for the drug. I refused. Buyer beware. Don't give them your financial information.

They could not have botched my prior authorization any more than they did. They received an exorbitant amount of money from my insurance for a medication and still had the nerve to come after me for another $11K. The worst experience with a medical provider, I have ever had in my entire life. They sent a letter claiming they did nothing wrong with no apologies whatsoever. My doctor fixed the prior authorization mess they created without issue. Just horrible and irresponsible service.

Some communication with my insurance company precluded BioCure being able to help me, but instead of just dropping it, Stacey referred me to one of their competitors. I would definitely work with them in the future because I was treated like I mattered rather than lost revenue. Thank you, Stacey!

I am shocked by how unorganized this pharmacy was. I spoke with a woman named Rebecca about my concerns, and have never felt so disrespected. There was not one thing that went smoothly with my experience here. I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with the offices' coordinator from previous experience working in the pharmacy industry. My records were not up to date, calculations of costs were way off.Please follow up with whom ever I spoke with today. Very displeased.
