We made an appointment for our 3 month old puppy to just check/exam him, came at 2:08 pm and were told that they were “behind” and “too busy to see him”, we was waiting from 2:08 pm until 4 pm, since we came in by our appointment, we asked at least 6-7 time at the reception about our time and when we can show our puppy to the doctor, since every time we asked, they just promised us to wait for little bit, and by the end of the day, they just told us “Unfortunately but all our doctors is very busy” - is that right, very busy to waste our time and treat customers like that and then the said that could make appointment for the next day, which we never trust this VET CLINIC again! Also, when asked if they could guarantee the appointment the following day, I was told “yes unless we get too busy then”. No reason to make an appointment if you refuse to honor it. Schedule appropriately, people take time off work and out of their lives to take care of ailing pets. The indifferent attitude towards our dog’s health speaks volumes about the quality of care he would have received, extremely poor. Obviously this is ridiculous to see in our times something like this. Absolutely and highly DO NOT recommend to visit this Vet Clinic or even make an appointment with them, to save your time, nervous system and most important your pet’s health!

Location wise in a rough neighborhood but inside it’s pretty nice and they’re very professional. Vet is really professional and they made me feel heard. If you’re trying to park in their lot, it’s pretty small about 20 cars and only one way in and one way out. Consider parking nearby and walking if you go during busy hours.

Samantha, not sure if a vet tech, is great. She is so confident in all of her knowledge and gave me all the answers I needed to put me at ease. Thank you girly, you are great and if my big baby boy was under your care, then I know I brought him to the right place!

Dr. Silberman and Dr. Seemann are amazing docs, we're so grateful to them for taking such great care of our dogs. The staff here is friendly and warm, too, especially Yamileth who went out of her way to help us get our pup's meds before we went on vacation.

I called with a concern for my puppy and Liz was VERY very helpful and comforting. She was personable and helped calm my nerves about my puppy being sick, and offered an office visit for the next availability. I have not been in person yet, but from talking to Liz on the phone I can tell what kind of establishment this is. The help she offered me over the phone was more than I could ask for!!

I took my dog Luna inn to get seen the vet said she needed surgery my family and I decided for her to get the surgery when they finished they called me to pick her up 4 hour's later after we got home she passed when I talked to the vet on Monday he told me that he didn't understand why the nurses sent her home when they keep them overnight in observation with fluids specially her because she was dehydrated she needed to stay overnight so now we have no dog the money we can replace but not my Luna she was an excellent smart lovable dog and will be missed every day never again will I go to this place in my life.
